The NCFH will be in Harrow tomorrow - TUESDAY 20th January 2026.
Afternoon appointments are still available.
A 20 min Health & Lifestyle Assessment will include the following -
- blood cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure testing
-eyesight check
-height, weight and body mass
-safety practices
-information on your health status and how to improve it.
